Our Story

Every young person deserves a fair start.

Future Youth Welfare Foundation was founded in 2026 to open doors for young people, women and underserved communities: to learning, to skills, to work and to a healthier life.

Our Journey

From a founding vision to lasting change.

We are a young foundation, so our story is just beginning. This is where we started and what we are working towards.

  1. 2026

    A foundation is born

FYWF is established with a vision of an inclusive, empowered and sustainable society where every young person, woman and underserved community can learn, grow and thrive.

  2. Next

    Listening to communities

We begin by listening: to young people, families and local leaders, so that our programmes answer real needs.

  3. Next

    Launching our programmes

Education, skills, health and livelihood programmes start in the communities we work with, built around the young people who join them.

  4. Ahead

    Growing with partners

We work alongside government, companies, educational institutions and community organisations to reach further and make the change last.

How We Work

Three ideas behind everything we do.

Collaboration

Lasting change is built together. We partner with communities, institutions and companies rather than work alone.

Volunteering spirit

Time, skills and care from volunteers make each programme stronger and keep it close to the community.

Collective impact

When learning, livelihood and health improve together, a young person, a family and a village all move forward.

Our Work

Where we work.

Holistic Education

Education that develops the whole person: learning, character, confidence and the ability to think and communicate, not only exam results.
